Privacy- and cookie policy

This is to inform you of how Kompani Kolibri AB processes the personal information submitted to us or personal data collected by us online (using cookies). This policy is available on www.kompanikolibri.se.

Kompani Kolibri will at all times comply with applicable privacy laws, which include the EU Data Protection Regulation (2016/679 / EC, "GDPR") and supplementary legislation, as well as ensure that personal data is processed confidentially and with due care. Kompani Kolibri will not disclose personal data to third parties without prior consent, unless specifically stated herein.

Purposes of processing

Kompani Kolibri may process your personal data

• before or when you enter into an agreement with Kompani Kolibri when you purchase or order a product or service from us,

• if you represent a legal entity with whom Kompani Kolibri has entered into an agreement with or may enter into an agreement with,

• when informing you of or when marketing Kompani Kolibri’s products and services, 

• if you contact Kompani Kolibri, we may store correspondence or comments, which may contain personal data, to provide better service if you contact Kompani Kolibri again.

• using cookies to provide a more user-friendly website.

Legal basis for processing of personal data

Kompani Kolibri processes your personal data in order to fulfill agreements entered into between you (or the company you represent) and Kompani Kolibri, or to take action upon your request before the agreement is concluded (GDPR Art 6.1 b).
Kompani Kolibri also has a legitimate interest in processing your personal data in order to provide information and marketing about Kompani Kolibri and its products and events (GDPR Art 6.1 f). You always have the right to refuse any marketing from us, by using the link that is always included in our e-mails, or by contacting us as stated below.

Kompani Kolibri will further process your personal data if Kompani Kolibri is required to do so by law or decision of a competent authority (GDPR Art 6.1 c).

In order to enter into an agreement with Kompani Kolibri, you may need to provide certain necessary and requested personal data. Kompani Kolibri cannot enter into an agreement with you or the legal entity you represent without this personal data, for instance if you order on-line.

Categories of personal data

Kompani Kolibri may process some or all of the following personal data:

• Name, postal address, e-mail address and phone number

• Employers, including company registration number and your title (when you represent a legal entity in your dealings with Kompani Kolibri)

• If you contact Kompani Kolibri by phone, letter or email, we may also store the correspondence, which may contain personal data.

Recipient of personal data

Kompani Kolibri may use data processors that process personal data by supporting our systems. The data processor may also read, arrange and transfer personal data according to instructions from Kompani Kolibri. 

If personal data is transferred to a third country, data will only be transferred to a country where the EU Commission has decided that an adequate level of protection exists, or to other countries if appropriate safeguards have been taken in accordance with GDPR, such as if the receiving organization has joined the EU-US Privacy Shield, or that standardized clauses has been signed. 

Storage and processing

Kompani Kolibri will process your personal data during the terms of applicable agreements and during the period thereafter which is necessary to fulfill all obligations under the agreement between you (or the company you represent) and Kompani Kolibri.

Kompani Kolibri will then store such personal data that Kompani Kolibri is required by law to store during the time stipulated by law or government decisions, such as accounting materials.

Kompani Kolibri will store contact information for marketing purposes for a period of five years, unless you notify us that you no longer want such marketing information, whereby Kompani Kolibri immediately will delete personal data processed for this purpose.

Your rights

You have the right to request confirmation whether Kompani Kolibri processes your personal data, and access to personal data in accordance with the GDPR. You also have the right to request rectification of your personal data, as well as deletion of personal data or restriction of processing (if applicable under the GDPR). Furthermore, you have a right to obtain the personal data you have provided in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format (portability).You also have the right to lodge a complaint regarding our processing of your personal data to the supervisory authority, www.datainspektionen.se.

Please note that we will verify your identity upon request as above to ensure that any action taken upon this request is accurate and in accordance with law.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

Kompani Kolibri reserves the right to change this privacy policy as required, for example, to follow changes in laws and regulations. Such changes will be published on Kompani Kolibri's website.

Kompani Kolibri uses cookies to provide a more user-friendly site. Third party cookies may also be used (for example, Google Analytics or other tools) for analytical purposes of traffic and/or improvement of traffic and visitor experience.
